You may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment if:
- You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
- You have not downloaded more than 2 course resources or materials
- You have not completed any assessments or assignments
- Request is made within 14 calendar days of purchase
Refund Amount:
- Days 1-7: 100% refund of course price
- Days 8-14: 50% refund of course price
- After 14 days: No refund available (see exceptions below)
2. Refund Conditions and Restrictions
