2. Course Enrollment and Access
2.1 Eligibility
To enroll in our courses, you must:

- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
2.2 Account Creation
When creating an account, you agree to:

2.3 Course Access
Upon successful payment and enrollment:
- You will receive lifetime access to purchased course materials (unless otherwise specified)
- Access credentials will be provided within 24 hours of enrollment confirmation
- Course content is accessible through our learning management platform
- You may access courses from any device with internet connectivity
- Concurrent logins from multiple devices may be restricted for security
2.4 Course Modifications
Office Design Academy reserves the right to:
- Update, modify, or improve course content to maintain quality and relevance
- Add supplementary materials or bonus content
- Discontinue courses with reasonable notice to enrolled students
- Make technical adjustments to the learning platform
Enrolled students will receive updates at no additional cost.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Course Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and include:
- Corporate Office Design Fundamentals: $899
- Modern Workspace & Hot Desking: $1,199
- Executive Suite & Private Office Design: $1,499
- Sustainable & Biophilic Office Design: $1,299
- Complete Office Design Masterclass: $2,999
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
3.2 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods
- Full payment is required before course access is granted
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes and transaction fees
3.3 Payment Plans
If installment payment plans are offered for specific courses:
- Terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
- Missed payments may result in suspension of course access
- Full course access will be restored upon payment completion

5. Intellectual Property Rights

are the exclusive property of Office Design Academy or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 License to Use
Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and view course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
- Download materials explicitly marked as downloadable
- Complete exercises and projects as part of your learning
5.3 Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any course materials
- Share access credentials or course content with non-enrolled individuals
- Record, screenshot, or capture course videos without permission
- Distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content
- Use course materials for commercial purposes or commercial training
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or tools provided
5.4 Student Work
You retain ownership of original work you create during courses. By submitting work for review or sharing in community forums, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your work for educational and promotional purposes with attribution.
6. Certificates and Credentials
- Certificates are awarded upon successful course completion and passing required assessments
- Certificates verify completion of Office Design Academy courses and are not professional licenses
- Certificate authenticity can be verified through our verification system
- We reserve the right to revoke certificates for violation of these Terms
- Certificates include ISO 9001:2015 certification reference and IIDA accreditation where applicable
7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use our Services responsibly and not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your identity
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Harass, abuse, or harm other students or instructors
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content in forums or discussions
- Spam or send unsolicited communications to other users
- Scrape, crawl, or data mine our website without authorization
8. Community Guidelines
